I would say get a nice rim/tire package before going any further.
I say wingless.
Ported Intake manifold or throttle body next.

Id paint your grill black, and get some wheels/tires. The wheel wells look funny. Oh, and stay wingless.

First step of making aesthetic mods should always be wheels/tires IMO.

EDIT: BTW, it's always a good idea to have an end goal in mind before buying performance parts. What do you want out of the car? From there you can figure out what it will cost, what parts you'll need, and an order for purchase.

my opinions.

I dont care for the rear bumper. they fade away from the wheel to far in the well. I would suggest blacking out your headlights... with the CF hood the chrome looks funny to me.
Put back your side blinkers so you dont have holes in your fenders.
Invest in some nice wheels and tires. Since you went with a black (cf) and yellow theme I would recomend gunmetal, anthracite or bronze wheels.
I would also paint the mesh.

We have a nice EVO 8 wing we sell. Just though you'd like to know. PS... prolly look better with a painted BLACK grill. Nice looking car though!

First off, nice car. Second, I think you should go with black wheels and paint your grill black and black out the headlights. I like the yellow/black scheme, and I think your wheels are throwing that off. If you're inclined, I'd even paint the mirrors black, just to keep the clean look. A shorty antenna would also help

Wingless is my opinion also. If you do decide to put a wing on it, I say buy the carbon fiber wing that road/race sells (no, I am in no way incorporated with road/race), I just think that with your cf trunk, the short evo cf wing would look very good!

Looking pretty good.

First off I would get wheels. Since your body kit sticks out some I would try to get an offset that comes as close to your fenders as possible. Maybe a 38 or 37 offset, depending on wheels size. Also stay wingless. A wing would make it stand out too much, it looks clean right now. Then get a shorty antenna or do like I did, just cut your stock one.

I agree with what most have said...wheels/tires first. That would help to bring it all together more. IMO, something dark with a decent sized lip and the right offset, since your wheels appear to sit back in a bit. Here are my picks...
