I was wondering if anyone has used this/has pictures of this installed and whether or not it just sat in the recess where your CD deck sits.

I am contemplating this for my car, I just wanted to know if anyone had any other pictures or knew whether it worked well.

I think RRM sells a similar unit but it replaces the entire heater/AC control trim instead of just the radio piece. I would imagine it will work well! You'll just need the radio relocation kit to put your stereo in the open DIN area at the bottom of your dash. Unless you don't want your stereo, then you won't need the relocation kit. IIRC, the EVO's and the lancers share the same dash so it should mount fine!
