As ive said before. Looks better then the stock chrome but its still not piirty. It would look better if you painted the tri-diamond red. and either painted the mesh black or left the black slats in it.

ill half answer the question for him for you.

Its easy.. take grill off. take slats off. sand chrome. prime, paint, clear. Install slats back in or stick mesh on it.... install back on hood. very easy.

So you bought it off someone who painted it then.... They all come stock chrome... so all you did was add mesh?

Sorry, but ALL Lancers came from the factory with chrome around the "thong" grille... Did you get yours second hand?

 

yeh the previous owner must have painted it. looks alright though
