i thought i saw an 02 with a fat lip like mine the other day.....not too sure, i think it was custom made. I'm not gonna lie, This is one clean Lancer. I like the stock wheels like that. Doesn't look bad how the lip is black. Just as long it's not a flat black. I would leave it like that, but some people have different taste. Good job thou
