Has anyone had anyprobs with there light weight hood?
and is the vent have a cover or is it open all the time?

Some people do fine, some people have fitment problems. You'll probably be OK, but if something comes up just make sure you follow the policy for returns.

On the one Accolade hood I've seen in person, the vent was closed (fake vent).

 

Yeah i know the flamming will begin, i'll prob end up buying a VIS CF hood

 

We havent had a single problem with this version of the hood. The vent is fully functional.
