Painted wheels....touch up

Who's as ricer as me when it comes to painting your stock wheels? I originally removed the wheels, sanded them lightly and then painted them black with Duplicolor wheel paint. Now all I do is touch them up.
I leave the wheel on the car.....put a few rags between the wheel and brake caliper/drum and over the disk...and then paint away.....I'll post pics later, but they always turn out pretty decent and the touch up for all four wheels took less than 1/2 hour....

Ok.....so lets hear it....Who else has done this or something similar...I personally like my 15's and plus I don't have the money for 17's right now.

Changing the color isnt ricey, however paint chips and doesnt last . . powder coat will take anything you throw at it

btw rims/tires might be for sale soon if anyone is interested

I voted that i did and proud. I don't think it is ricey. My wheels are my last resort until I can find some new rims since my 18s are jacked up right now. I'm gonna attempt to paint them black with a silver lip. Just so I can kinda see what it will really look like when I get a new set of rims. I prolly wont do it until after I get my car fixed and repainted though, but I think that will work alright!

Painting yuor rims is probably the best money saver instead of buying a new set if you want a diffrent look then normal
