I have tested it out on my alloy covers for my protege and I really like the look. But I just have no idea what to use on this textured Metalic paint. I think it looks sick, but some may think its mad. In the picture they may look more sparkly then normal but thats only due to the high intensity flash from the camera... Its the textured look I am really into.

The paint is Krylon® Fusion Textured Shimmer which is confirmed to bond to Aluminium Alloy well. but its main application is Plastics




Any idea how to keep Krylon Textured Shimmer on the wheels would be greatly appreciated. (meaning the best flat clear coat, minimal additional gloss)

advice.. with rims don't be cheap by using spray paint. if you're not satisfied with stock upgrade to aftermarket.
i'm sure someone with a DE or ES will buy those off you.
