Stock OZ.................LOL
It is our duty, as community members, to share not only technical knowledge but safety knowledge as well. His current setup is a death trap and I thaught he'd like to know.
I guess I was wrong.
Lets try this then:
Nice car man
This is soo cool. I'll do the same to my ride and let's set up a place we can meet. What about the nearest hospital, innnnnn, let say freezer #4? How's that?

i would love to get into it with you about your safety concerns, but i'm not gonna fill up brians thread.
"And BTW, if the guy had removed his brakes all around? What would you be telling him? That his car is cool and we shouldn't rain on his parade? 4 point harness and removing the airbag is just as senseless.
I'm done "polluting" your thread with valuable safety advice.

Car looks freaking awesome now, a total sleeper. What's with the switch to the left of the steering wheel (with carbon fiber on it)? Agree with blaze, but you already know the problem with your setup and it looks like your changing it soon anyways.
It's not hating, it's informing, there is a sharp difference. Hating would be "oh that car is crap, I hate it and the person who drives it who is obviously gay". If someone came on here and said "I think I'm not going to wear my seatbelt anymore, it crinkles up my shirt" would we be "haters" (god I hate that word) for telling him it's unwise?
saying that just because he took out his airbag and has a harness he's going to die in in accident is silly. makes it seem like a normal seatbelt and an airbag will make you invincible. airbags and seatbelts save lives...but they also take them. they don't make you a super hero or anything. and the same can be said about rollcages/harness bars/harness, etc. we've all ready had it out with amby on the harness bar subject and i dont want to get into it again...its not worth it. we know his opinion and he knows ours
u guys always turn my threads into some huge safety concern, yes thank you for trying to protect me, there are about 4 threads on this forum of just talk about the saftey issues of my parts.
but u know what, i dont want to be safe all the time, to be safe all the time is to not live and to think ahead about accident and things of that nature is to live in fear of the unknown, and that is no way to live, when it is my time it is my time and i dont have any say in the matter, but while i'm here i enjoy my unsafe cars and i wake up evey day knowing that i am going to have an awesome day no matter.
thanks for all the imput and positive comments guys, i know u are keeping the forums and the streets safe.

There's still a risk in driving a car, I for one just don't like the idea of increasing my risk just for ***** and giggles. I do plenty of risky activities (rock climbing, skiing, whitewater rafting, etc.) but when I do it I try to make it as safe as I reasonably can because I want to do those activities for years to come. If you're happy with your car, great, I'm happy for you, and I know you are aware of the dangers which is why I didn't pursue it.
