Get a blowdryer, some dental floss, and some Goo Gone (or any adhesive remover).
It's really easy. Heat them to melt the glue. Use the dental floss to "cut" them off the car, then just use the Goo Gone to remove any leftover adhesive.

I didn't even heat the emblem, i just took some tooth floss and moved it back and forth under it, it came off pretty easy and then some rubbing alcohol to get the stuff under the badge cleaned.
