The alternator in the Delsol started smoking this morning, so I had to take the Lancer to work. I haven't driven the Lancer for a year now. Well I drove it 2 or 3 times to make sure the new transmission was running strong but that's it.

And heck, what a disapointment.
It makes me love my Honda even more
God I whish I could go back in time and get my-self another car

There are plenty of advantages to a Lancer, I'll give you that.

I used to think the handling was wicked, but it's so nothing compared to what I'm now used to drive. Oh well... maybe I did out grow the Lancer And that's too bad cause I love the car

 

Yep, you're not the only Honda/Mitsu family here! Lucky me, I drive the fun Civic HB to work; the lancer is for the wife and driving around town in.

BTW, those alts are so cheap used...like $20 on forums.

My lancer is faster than Civics

 

OK, what year civics? Most people can probably walk faster than a 92 civic. Anyways, some people just outgrow the lancer, it doesn't change what the lancer is it just means the person wants something a bit different.

 

your car is faster than a stock non v civic...but its not faster a REAL CIVIC with dual cam V-tec...........or even a single cam v-tec civic with a couple mods.......

 

I bet my single stick Z6 VX Civic HB could mess with a 5psi boosted Lancer!
