Greddy Ti-C and VG on 03 Lancer! Finally!
17mm for the bolt from the cat- exhaust and back. I think a 14mm for hangars though.
The bolts were wayyy too rusty for me and my friend, and after he burned himself from the 17mm lug, that we were trying to smash against (it fell on the ground) and he put his arm on it lol.
I ended up taking it to a local small service shop, they said they would take off my stocker, and put this on. 50 bucks only.
really good deal.
i have the tip off, its really loud, especially when i let off and its between 2-4k rpms slowing down.

Looks like a 3.5" tip am i right? If it is, it will sit perfectly if you lower the hangars about 3/4 inch. looks really clean tho. Not too bulky looking and not too flashy also.. Nice job
I recently got the same one. As someone else said, extending the exhaust hangers would probably fix the fitment, or trimming the lip. This exhaust is technically for the regular Lancer without the lip of the OZ but obviously you can make it work. Did you have any trouble with your sway bar? It looks like the stock one fits fine with the TiC. I'm going to have to have mine altered a little to fit my Progress bar back on. This system looks and sounds great. It's got a low growl, not fart-can like at all. I also like how built in the silencer is, not up at the edge of the tip like I've seen on many other systems.

Yes, I believe it is removeable. It has what looks like three allen head screws (see the hole in his first pic near where the can and tip meet) that hold it in around the beginning of the tip. I don't have the car here at the moment otherwise I would confirm, but that's what it looked like. I just haven't taken it out because it is louder than stock with it in and I want to preserve my remaining low end torque. Plus with my luck, I would have a hard time getting it back in.
Sorry about the confusing wording. By "built in" I meant that it is further back in the tip, situated between the can and the tip and it doesn't reduce the hole to something you could block with pocket change, like I've seen on many other silenced aftermarket mufflers and systems. It's further down in the tip and it has a large openning so you can hardly tell that it's there.
