What's with those "Look" stickers? Sorry, but there are only a limited number of available kits out there for the '08...maybe try Ebay?

That bumper looks stock, with a lip kit, and a diffuser underneath..
If it isnt, then it aint that far from stock, Im sure you can have a body-shop
paint the chrome grill to match, and make whatever subtle differences there-are, with bondo or what-not.

yeah that bumper is stock. HKS just made a lip for it... thats a HKS turboed 08 lancer, if i remember i read somewhere that they are running 6-8PSI
