Yeah that rear bumper looks great. Although I really wish that front bumper, wouldve left out those slits under the foglights. In my opinion, it just looks tacky and wouldve looked better as a uniform section.

Thumbs up

UPDATE.

It seems many people just post information without any knowledge what so ever.

This is to clear things up.

We now have two Types of Body Kits.

1 ) GT SPEC R Kit which Consists of Front / Sides and Rear Bumper.

All are complete Bumpers Manufactured of Thermo Flex Fiber -

Spoiler has to be Ordered Seperately and Has been made of FRP ( New Holes have to be Drilled )

2 ) Is OEM Evo X Conversion kit for 2008 Lancer. This is Direct Bolt on Kit and Bumpers are made of Plastic and HOOD and Fenders Made of Aluminimum. Customer will have to pre Order this and is looking at 6-7 weeks delivery time.

Rear Panels are also included and are made of FRP. Also Original CF Spoiler from Mitsubishi is included for this Kit.

Prices are given on the Web Site. All parts are direct Bolt on.

if you have any questions please email dimantha@body-kit.com or david@body-kit.com

i'm just wondering y appeared to go backwards? now we're gonna have a lancer with the same basic exterior as an EVO X so u won't b able to tell them apart? it'll be exactly like all the wrx guys who put STI parts on their cars. there is no distinct difference anymore. at least the old lancers looked different than the evos did.

same thing on the '08 wrx/sti. dang near identical except for price

I agree with you, and I think it's dumb. An Evo should look like an Evo and a Lancer like a Lancer (and same with the Subies). Especially since there's such a difference in performance. Disguising your car in a better one's body work or badges doesn't change what it is. Even if there are plenty of performance mods to go along with it, why not celebrate that it puts up good numbers and is still "just a Lancer?" It kinda drives home the fact that the car was built by you. I don't get an Evo conversion kit. People would be like, "Oh sweet, you got an Evo." And you'd have say, "Actually... it's just a body kit, but..." And then that's when they stop listening to you cuz they think you're a wannabe poser or whatever.

but even the old lancers had evo conversions

i mean there r plenty of ppl who go evo vii, viii, xi conversions

the only way u can really tell is that the evo is wider, xcept for where i live where there is no evos that way u know its fake

but that has been going on for alot of cars, i mean alot of ppl take integra's and put type r stuff on it and it looks like a type r but its not, same with RSX's to make it look like Integra type R

civics r the same, with EK's,EP3's and now with FD2's

scubbys with GC8's, GDB's do the same

skylines with GTS goin GTR conversions

240's with silvia front end conversions to make sileightys

the list goes on, i agree with u on how a lancer should look like a lancer but i mean ppl do have there own style of modding cars, and this concept isnt really new or anything

for me if ppl want to do this i wouldnt flame them or anything, its just there own idea of modding a car

but at least its all OEM plastic and not fiberglass XD

but the kit is like 6000 if u add everything up XD
