Just out of curiosity what would you guys pay for or sell these seats for ? Im having a hard time finding a cost comparision to what my wife paid.

wow then the guy in the for sale forum is asking a bit much at 850$ for a set of Evo VIII's

 

27,000 I would only buy the factory seats with the whole car... IMO if I was replacing seats I'd get some nice aftermarket race seats.

 

^ and im sure someone with a Lancer would be glad to buy your factory evo seats

get the rears now, too! it really does wonders for the interior, my friend has a full VIII interior.

i'd gladly take some evo seats for when i autox. i had no idea there were so many pointy metal pieces inside the lancer seats that jab me in the back and between the ribs when i am hitting the 'ol twisties.

 

I was amazed when i flipped my lancer seats over and saw all the hard metal framework under it. Im going to keep the lancer rears though b/c i like the 60/40 split flip downs.

 

true--you do lose the flip-down seats if you switch. i think the OZ is the only one that has 'em, i don't know if ES guys get the fancy pants flippy seats.

 

I had an '04 ES with the 60/40 seats in the back. It was an option though.

 

ya the 60/40's make it really useful.

 

u guys are lucky. evo rear seats don't flip...

Wow evo seats seem to be the hot gift this christmas. From what I remember the evo rear seats aren't a direct bolt-on. You could always get the rears reupholstered in black leather to match.
