I've been trying to get ahold of this guy, but coming up empty handed. Any help would be great.

These are $559 Free Shipping (mounted, balanced and everything).
That'll do it!

Well why don't you just get summer tires on the new rims and all season/winter tires on your stock rims and just swap them out....

Performance and all-seasons don't really go together since they have to be a jack of all trades but a master of none. I had traction TAs and liked them but they're probably not as good as you want. I've heard good things about various Toyos, Kumhos and Yokohamas.

I was thinking of getting the 123's wrapped in some Proxy 4s. I really only drive my car to and from work everyday, which totals about 12 miles total. When it snows or gets icy, I take my (wife's) 4x4 Explorer.

If you don't plan on driving hard, all-seasons are fine. I'm just tired of the trade-offs you get with them, they'e not great in summer and they're not great in winter, they're just so-so in both seasons.
