Thumbs down reflectors on bumper

has anyone removed the yellow reflectors of their front bumper and how did you do it

RRM sells carbon fiber inserts, but I'm not real big on them...I kinda like them the way they are.

found a vinyl the same as my tg lancer color at my shop and problem was solved looks perfect.

Another option is clear reflectors from an RX300. They fit *almost* perfect, with a slight gap that can be fixed w/ some 3M tape to better hold the reflectors in place.

Check here for installed pics on my car. And they also allow for 194 wedge bulbs.

I replaced mine with those clear reflectors. I knew you were gonna get some lights in there, Jon .. I was gonna goto the wrecking yard looking for some of those .. will look for an rx300.

Its pretty easy to replace them. If ya have super small hands you can do so without removing the bumper. Its easier to remove the bumper to replace though.

wait... digdat, did you say remove bumper???!!! geez man i popped a couple tabs off the splash guard in the wheel well. had both swapped out in less than 10 min

I ended up pulling back the bumper just a tad to get to the back screw. If you can get decent leverage, you should be able to just pull off the splash guard and get to the screws with no problem - and no bumper removal at all.
