Taking headlights out?

I got a question, if I take my headlights out will it mess up the alingnment once I put them back in?

nope. If you look at the end (with you parking light in it) you'll see a round metal know that snaps into a clasp to maintain alignment. Unless you mess with that you'll me fine.
