No more evo wing. new lower lip

Its spring time. woot. meens new mods. mud season here so car is a little dirty. dont mind that. I ditched my CF evo VIII wing for a rexpeed lip spoiler and now have the kaminari rear lip rather then the OZ. I was worried about it being too low for the OZ skirts but I think it looks fine. Heres some old pics first so the new 08 guys can see what it used to look like. For you veterans, im sure you have seen them. Full shoot of all mods back on the car and a wash/wax soon.

new lower lip and rexpeed.

Well you can get it non CF I believe and just paint it. I went with CF so it matched my trunk. You can even get it in 1x1 as well.

Yeah. You need to take the tension bars out if you have a CF trunk. I had the tension bars in and it started to warp the trunk after only 2 weeks. It hasnt quite recovered either so the lip doesnt sit perfectly flush as you can see from pics. I have a how to/review on installing a redline tuning trunk lift kit. That solved my problems.

1x1 is the pattern of CF. 2x2 is the usual diagonal pattern which is what mine is. 1x1 is more of a checkerboard pattern. (1x1 is sometimes considered more "jdm")
