Highschool budget BuildUp [56k..nah]
Replace the broken sway bar with a Progress one from Road Race. Cheaper than a drop and will help the handling more. What you have looks promising. Everything wrong is fairly easy to fix, outside of the tranny.
for sure a good start man! I'm not to sure about too much of a drop tho being in boston will turn your car into a snow plow in the winter. Looking good tho. Also, you should definitely check into some scholarships n grants! Stay away from student loans unless you have to get one!
yeah the tranny is for the most part better, i did like 15 tranny flushes following one of the threads here; the first time i did it; shizz was black.
picked up a fairly use sway bar at a junky for like 15 bucks and replace the endlinks ; they were an itch taking out.
$3400 is what i put into it including the car. =D
replaced my bad 02 sensor with a bosch one for 50 bucks shipped off ebay
imma work on the first half of my list this coming week; spring break; ill post up some pics and How-To's if you guys want.

not lowering them soon; i got into northeastern and Mass college of pharmacy for the pharmd program; debating on which i wanna go to, NEU will cost me about 20k a year but i get to keep my baby up in boston but MCPHS don't have student parking =T and is only 5k per year.
I would pick the cheaper school.
As for your car, make sure everything is a-ok under the hood. You wanna make sure its as safe as possible before you start buying stuff like CF gas pedals and door lids.
We're kinda in the same boat, both saved a Lancer out of the dead and going through school all with a crappy job
Keep up the good work and keep posting pics!
