You guys see this grill on Ebay? Going for a decent price but check the shipping and handling!
God help the poor soul who finds this out after they win the auction.

If that guy is in japan why did he register on ebay 2 months ago in Canada? And I dont own a Lancer but I thought thought Japanese Lancers and US Lancers Parts dont fit each other. Maybe its for a Cedia, well I dont know but sounds like shenanigans to me.
Basically the strategy is to start the bidding low and have shipping high to garuntee you will get a certain amount. The less money the bid goes for, the less ebay gets in their share. The shipping doesn't matter to ebay. Pretty tricky...
BUYER HAVE AGREE TO PAY S/H $89.99 FROM JAPAN TO USA / CANADA BY UPS. (NOT SHIP TO : Puerto Rico, Guam, Haiwaii). It cannot combine shipping with another auction.

Well, I'm used to being choosy on my ebay auctions. If you don't read everything in the auction, you might be missing why it is such a good deal. I've seen it all.
"set of rods for Ford 302" (only 7 out of the 8)
"flip up trunk kit" (instructions only, you buy parts at hardware store)
"grill kit, lowest price" (piece of mesh from home depot)
and the most famous:
"prformance chip, 20 hp" (resistor from redio shack)
yeah i was about a click away from bidding til i seen the shipping price i was like this is robbery somebody had an rrm grill on there but i missed the auction oh well somebody will have one for sale soon
That is simply stealing. Not as bad as that guy running around on the Auto section at Ebay selling those 1/24th models of cars for 10,000 making it seem like they are real cars. Poor souls who buy it...
