One of the lowest priced places I've found MOMO accessories in the US. They don't come cheap no matter where you look, but they do come less expensive some places than others.

By the way, the steering wheel comes in 2 sizes. Not found on the site Hobie mentioned. 350mm, and 320mm. I tried both, and the smaller one was really great handling, but I prefer something a wee bigger, since I don't wanna oversteer all the time... heh...
