interior lighting for front driver/passenger?

Hey, does any know how to get LEDs or and of those lightings for front passengers near the foot area? Sorry, i do not know the correct terminology of what it is called.

Also, im not quite sure they are LEDs, but i dont want it to look cheap or tacky either.

Yea im trying to do the same thing. I wanna light up the footweels of my car and be able to control dem with a switch on the side. Anybody know anything about this and how much it would cost to get it done at an auto shop. i know lot of people do it themselves but im a newb in that field of modding.
