Body kit-Paint
You fit it first to make sure that there is no area that might need to be filled in then you spray the edeges. then fit it on the car and attach then after you have filled/ remolded depemding on the kit you paint
they can paint it first and then install, or install and then paint.
ur choice man, unless the body shop sez otherwise.
i got mine painted then installed, cuz i wanted the insides of the creases be painted too, thats just me.
but if u want it to be really accurate blend, install it first and then paint.
dont get me wrong tho, even tho i installed mine after painting, its really great job they've done.
if u go to a reliable and respected shop, u just give 'em the code and they'll do it good.

a lot of good shops i've been to fit the kit first...take it off then paint it. then they put it in like a huge tanning bed to fade the paint to match your car (if it needs to be)...since your paint fades by the UV rays from the sun then they put it on the car. it would be stupid to paint the kit when it is on the car because the you would have to spend a lot of time covering the car to protect it from overspray and whatnot.
