whats on there right now is an obx header, ill be removing that in a week or so as i finish up my turbo build.

How did you like your obx header? I am getting one for christmas i think.

 

well i have had it on there for two years.. i havent really had a problem so far, OBX is all machine made welds, not very strong. but i had no problems and i havent had to get anything re-welded.

they make a decent product. but really bolts-ons with lancers dont see much power out of at all, and i would not suggest them for any forced induction applications(weak welds pop easy under alot of heat)

(but i think i have a very very small exhaust leak, doesnt make noise, and i cant feel it, but i can see some carbon build up on the flange)

but still a good product to start off with. (i will be putting mine up for sale in 2 weeks, same with the k&n typhoon intake)

 

your cel didnt come on did it?

 

no mine didnt. but i also had a CEL from rrm.. i bought that at the same time as the header, so it never came on

 

Sounds good. I used the o reilley $4 spark plug defoulers on my OBX cat and they worked so thats proably what ill do in this situation.
