finally got my rims...sorta

well i finally got my rims...sorta! i actually wanted them in bronze, but apparently, they were hard to come-by for my car(don't ask me why!!)so i opted to go with the black ones. what do you guys think? also, i ordered red lugnuts for them, but apparently, the red color were being discontinued due to the fact that the color would fade, turning pinkish after a couple of months...so i was told. i think they would have looked better with the red lugnuts.

...they're the 5zigen pro-n1, 17 inches, tire size 215/40...i think, need to dbl-check, but i'm sure thats right. i ordered them from discount tires in s. cali, la area. i don't have the phone# right now, but if you really want it , i'll post it up later...if i can still find it...oh, heres a good one of both my cars...the 240 is my comutter right now, as soon as i'm done with the lancer(suspension), that will be my next working project...(a project drift car)

OK OK...here is my opinion...they are ooook..I think you would have done better with the bronze and YES you do need to lower your car...it makes an appearance a whole lot better. I just recently lowered my car but have not posted any pics but it does make a difference.....ps can you return them....might want to add some color.

...even if i did return, i'd still be waiting for the bronze. i did try different places and even 5zigen usa, inc. and they told me that they were really hard to come bycuz there was'nt a high demand for that color, and i couldn't even order from them even if they did have them on hand!!! oh well...they're kinda growing on me sooo, i'll keep 'em.

oohh, quick question for anyone. suspension is definately the next step for me, but what the best cost-effective way i should go, tiens seems like they're the top choice, but to much $$, the progress spring are a good price(cheap), but will i end up damaging the shock going that route...has anyone heard or have the ground-control coil-overs, they go for about +$300, are those any good...go ahead, hit me up w/ all your opinions...i'm ready!

i like the mpv in front of your car..it's an inside joke..

i think the rims look good..are those 16.5 inchers? they seem small for 17" but maybe its the color or somehting
