I replaced all the 74 light bulbs in the gauge cluster with LED, including the turning arrow lights, CEL, high beam, etc.

The headlight LED is a current project I'm working on right now.

I need to put LED's all over my gauge cluster because my **** lights up purple for some reason. I only replaced the four main bulbs though. Is there more to replace?

 

i like the jdm trunk. thats the only way a mirage looks good in the rear.

 

In the mirage cluster, there were 4 main ones and one small one that work as back light.

Every Icon in the cluster has its own bulb. So, if you see a bulb that doesnt light up an icon, it's a background light.

I would recommend going with amber, white, or red though. Blue, Purple or any dark color are really hard to show up through the numbers.

I got the leds at v-leds.com, they come in sets of 2.

I don't undeerstand then because yours seem to shine MUCH better then mine. Because you can barely see mine through the cluster. So I think I'm going to try and purchase the LED's that you got and hope that they work better.

 

1. Make sure you buy the LED's that spread out, not the ones that focus all the light in one point.

2. The camera makes it look brighter than it is.

u should do a full coversion and change the rims it will look better
