Yea I bought them from a dealership...
It was actually mitsubishiparts.net and it cost $350 including shipping...
All the hardware is included...but the only bad part is finding a 7 mm drill bit to drill the holes...so i used a standard sized near 7 mm and bored it out a bit..and I think they turned out good enough...
It wasn't hard, just time consuming...
