Talking 2008 Lancer ES Special Homemade Edition

So I've had my 08 ES since August 07, and I finally started to mod it now!!
So I figured for my first post, I would post pictures.
Its just a start as I am doing things as I get the money.

So far I have done Spoiler, Side Skirts, and RRM Exhaust V2 this week and this will probably be all except a K&N drop-in filter for the winter, so that I can save up some more money.

And I am thinking about buying the ralliart front end..does anyone know if it will fit the 08 lancer without having problems...

And I am getting a new hood because there is hail damage u just cant see them in these pictures..so I think i will get a color coded Ralliart/Evo one after this winter...

And of course new 17 or 18 inch rims are a must! I was actually thinking the 07 eclipse OEM ones painted gunmetal..but idk if they will fit because they have the same bolt pattern but the offset is a bit different...

I agree with actionjackson. IMO without the badges on the back, it makes the back look so plain and open. Leave em on

I agree, unless you were to leave the Mitsu star badge on it like most then it looks pretty good. Taking 2/3 off makes it look less crowded.

I really like the evo/RA hoods. I really want to get one but I'm gonna wait till something happens to mine to justify it*knock on wood*. The eclipse rims, are u talking about the 10 point ones? How much are they? If they are pretty cheap get them, they look nice, but u could get nicer ones. For me rims are a way of making your car diff. So I'm going to get rims this spring that I've never seen before on any type of car. IMO I don't like the front of a RA because it looks like a mouth open screaming. My fiancee pointed that out when I test drove a RA now that's all I can see. From seeing other cars in the show and shine, alot of people are doing so if u like it do it. Good luck and keep up the modding

Well the actual rims i want are the stock eclipse ones that look like this

But yea when I was at the dealership last night the guy said that the RA would be in a MT in the next year and half...
so i might just wait and buy the RA when it is in a MT and give this lancer to my fiance...
but a new hood is a must because of the hail damage on my hood....

I would suggest getting no bigger than 18" rims that are lightweight. Don't go higher than 15-18 lbs.

Those rims look pretty much the same as your rims except for the twists. Save up and get something nicer or like u said just save up for the RA
