I Need Some Help Quick

Ok, I bought a body kit on ebay the 2 fast 2 furious one. The body shop wants over $1500 to paint it yellow and put it on. Should i just get it painted for $800 and put it on my self. I see the front bumper looks easy and the side skirts. The rear bumper is what i'am worried about. let me know what i should do. thanks

yeah hmmm

puttin on the kit is fairly easy.. as far as the front .. depending on what kinda of kit.. and how its made.. my kit i had to remove my headlights and just take out 4 screws and a bunch of clips... u can do it if u have the right tools.. BUT.. and this is the but and why u would take it to a shop... with body kits.. when they make it.. its not always perfect bolt on ... u have to maybe fit it or adjust it and its best to let a body shop do all that work.... and what cerfur said.. i've seen peopel do it themselves.. and it DOES look like it.. and i know friends who've done it.. and "that screw didnt fit right so i just used a zip tie..." -_-.... dont zip-tie ur body kit like my friends to HAHAHH

try another bodyshop and see what they say, and if its more $$$ be like 'well the other bodyshop only wants 1500 for it' and maybe they'll lower it down, just an idea

Haha i work in a bodyshop, if someone comes in and says
so-and-so will do it for this-much-less then we say ok then take it there. we do the best work in town no compromises if your not happy we will fix it the other guys are cheaper but you get what you pay for.
