I was cruising around on Ebay Taiwan and found some pics of their Lancer's Front and Rear Bumper, headlights and taillights. I was just posting it incase the info hasn't been posted and to give some ideas on conversions.

 

other body panels look different, i doubt u could do anykind of easy conversion

 

It looks like you would just have to get headlights and bumper and hood. For the Rear, you would have to have the trunk, bumper and lights. Reminds me a eagle talon to eclipse taillight swap. And check out the mirrors.

 

the fronts pretty cool but im not a big fan of the back...

the front reminds of me the evo 8 :P

I believe each owners have to personally import his/her Evo from another country.

Eh.....not like you could do much with it. The conversion, as stated above, would be seemingly difficult. Screw and whatnot wouldn't even match, plus the frame of the car wouldn't match the headlights so you couldn't just throw them on there.

They have evos over there. As for the 02-03 lancer, they use a different bumper that is way different and the hood is also different. It also seems everyone has an aftermarket bumper on their cars also. Just go here and type in Lancer http://www.ruten.com.tw/ I guess thats ebay taiwan

 

i feel like this lancer looks more like it came from older models than the one we have... i kinda like this one better... other than the chrome in the tails
