The car looks nice, I like the Evo hood on the Lancer, it sports it up.

Don't listen to people that say stuff like "its still not an Evo". That’s like a five year old hoarding his chocolate chip cookie because he thinks it is better than your oatmeal cookie. But he doesn’t realized you wanted oatmeal!
And this is coming from a Evo owner.

Thanks man thats all i was going for, a sportier look. Plus at 300 for the hood and 150 for paint and labor and for 450 total I couldnt pass it up.

I told my friend who has an R32 2004 VW about this stupid battle between some evo owners and lancer owners with nice looking cars and he couldnt believe an evo owner would hate on a driver who wanted a better looking car that may have resemble an evo. He thinks its great when gti's sport R32 bumpers or hoods.

Hey Flow1, nice shots I really like the WW lancers, makes the painted bumper look sick. Get a carbon fiber hood or an OEM evo hood with black vents and it will look sick.

Yea, I really like your car FLOW. The WW with the painted bump looks clean. Hoping mine looks the same when i put on my vinyl. I think it makes the lancer look so much more aggressive.

I am sick and tired of the EVO comments. If that is all you are going to post, then don't. It offers no constructive criticism whatsoever.

To the OP. It looks great. Good job.

No it wasn't. It was aimed at people that have posted such garbage already and to people that are thinking about it. I am tired of it.

Anywho, back on topic.

Thanks, just checking.

Lancer0220, are you planning on adding a Ralliart front and/or rear?
They should fit unlike a Evo X (having wide fenders).

who knows if one pops up at a decent price i got a guy who can paint it cheap. the hood was a start not sure if i want a bumper i kinda like the chrome trim for now. Then im thinking of adding this to complete the font

of course ill have it molded professionally by the guy who painted the hood, should get the RA look without changing the bumper.

as for the rear I would like to, theres a kit from signapore that cost like 100 dollars but shipping is another 125 then i would need it custom molded on too and would have to get a dummy dual exhaust for it to look good.

so for now if anything Ill just add that piece shown in the picture but not any time soon.

I do plan on keeping this car even 4 yrs down the road until its paid off just cuz i dont want to lose money on a trade in, even if i find a deal on an evo x, plus id like to keep the lancer as a DD when I do get a new car 5 years down the line. so id like it to look as good as possible but i got plenty of time.

Is that something you made? It looks molded.

.
Why would that lip need to be professionally molded?

Isn't it something that just fits snugly without anything special to make it right?
