its been a month and 2 weeks since i got my body kit. i have it in my garage. i didnt want to get it painted right away because i wanted to pay for school and box first. i'm from Union, 908 area and i'm wondering where can i get a body kit painted and installed. i'm looking to spend 600 or maybe 800. i've asked my friends where to get a body kit painted and they tell me that they'll get back to me but they never do. i've even offered $100 to them if they can find me a decent one. my friend got his civic's kit painted (silver) at Maaco and its all messed up now. it looks gray up close, its starting to bubble and i can kinda see brush marks. he painted 1G for it. i said to myself "if he paid 1000, i wonder how much i got to pay for a good one". help me out u guys i know most of u will know where. i'm looking around the area of 908,732,973... thanks..

i've heard this spot called "after hours" somewhere on morris ave does good work. might be out of ur pricerange but try it. also, thunder auto body on e. grand st. in elizabeth. try them out. if you need more i may know some others.

 

after hours? ... i think i've heard of that. what part of morris ave? i know that road goes from elizabeth all the way down to short hills mall.. i live right by Union High, behind beyond image.

 

i'm goin to college up at hackettstown. The area code is 908. Warren county and whatnot (also got my first ticket here... ****ing nj cops...) but there are alot of bodyshops in the area that i saw...

after hours definately has a website...search google. im not exactly sure where they are. i think it's by the springfield/union border but i could be dead wrong.

 

im in jersey city, not too far from you. but im ALWAYS in union. but anyway, you could come to a shop here right off Kennedy Blvd. near Paterson Plank Road and there should be a shop behind the Dunkin Donuts if u kno wut im talking about. my friend just put his car in the shop on monday to get a kit painted and to fix some stuff on his passenger side. it was ALL only 800 bucks for color matching the kit, as well as repairing some dings he had. not too sure about the quality, but i'll get back to you on that. if u wanna kno more, i could get u the info by monday if anything.
