Came across this on cardomain.com...looks almost like the Evo X diffuser on a GTS.

Doesn't look as bad as I thought it would...even though some don't even like it on the Evo's. Especially the rear diffusers on the Canadian Evo's, more plastic on the rear bumper.

its not an evo bumper at all..the design is similar but its a lancer rear bumper..

it does look nice though..kids over there have money so its probably custom.

 

I've seen him on other forums. Everything on his car is custom-done--from the front bumper, side vents, "evo x" hood, and diffuser in the rear bumper. He brought his car to a shop and they fabricated all this for him. All his parts are OEM w/ custom-modification.
