CATZ 9007 HI/LOW HIDs!!!

i guess show and shine is where i should post this... just ordered CATZ 9007 HI/LOW HID's!!! hehe.. im psyched.. anyone have these installed? just wondering what ya think.

From who ? US federal government banned sales and use of aftermarket HID recently. CATZ won't even sell in the US any more.

lol i thought that aftermarket hids are legal? well that was what i was told when i posted a warning sayin not to get HID...boy i feel stupid

most sites that still have them in stock will probably ship them without care, cause you are the one taking the risk

i found them on some site.. the company only has two sets left and thats it... they are just trying to get rid of them. im glad i grabbed them cuz they'll be impossible to find pretty soon.

Yeah. Aftermarket HID will be scarce shortly. It saddens me because , as a dealer of CATZ, I never had the chance to get my own at a great price before the law took place (I didn't know the law was in the works at all !)

what price did you brought them at? and which temperture?
I was gonna get the 4500k one for $600 installed,but too white
then i decided to go with the 8000k instead which is bluest

Even more so , stupid whiners that have to complain because they can't simply look away if it is too bright. These are probably the same people that see the pretty lights and stare then get mad when they can't see afterwards !

There's a law in the works to ban the sun too. HID's, when properly adjusted, should be no more blinding than a blue/white standard bulb. Unless they're right in your eyes, I can't see why they're distracting at all.

EDIT: No, I'm not arguing that they're equally as bright. I'm saying I've never been at all blinded/distracted by HID's what weren't pointed directly into my eyes. In a case like that, even regular bulbs hurt your eyes.

ok ok.. they came in yesterday!! WOO HOO!! Im installing them tonight! I cant wait. And let me tell you, this is a QUALITY kit.. CATZ is unreal!!! i'll post a review tonight after the install.

5400k i believe and i got them for $878 after shipping, kinda expensive but well worth it.
