i need to make a custom decal for my car club not some stupid banner but a small graphic like 5 by 5 or so but most of the decal shops only do lettering so if there is anyone who can help please post thanks a bunch

Go to www.edecal.com they can do all kinds of custom ones in any color...they did all mine, which sounds similar to what you are lookin' for.
