Stock Exterior/Interior Bulb Replacement
Does anyone know where I can get the OZ spoiler replacement LED's or LED Strip? 4 of mine went out and my warranty no longer covers it. I'm not sure if I can just get replacement bulbs or actually have to buy that whole strip again. I think the dealership wanted close to $300 for it!! I've searched through multiple threads and did a search, and couldn't find anything, I'm either bad at searching or this is not discussed.... my bad if it is in a thread....
I just need some help replacing it as a lame local Cop already pulled me over for it (no ticket tho).... LoL HELP would be appreciated, a site link, a replacement number, or just straight tell me I'm shafted and have to either pay $300 for a new spoiler LED's..

Using my VIN (2003 Lancer OZ Rally), this is the Mitsu Part # I found for the LED strip: MR522039 - Price at the dealership is $225.96
Using the VIN from a 2002 Lancer ES, the part number is MR619842 and the price is $92.07.
I'm not sure why they are different part numbers and why the price is so different when according to Mitsu, they are both the LED strip of the spoiler.
Sounds like your best bet would be to just get another spoiler from somewhere. You can also try taking apart the LED strip yourself and see if you can just replace the burnt out LEDs. I find it hard to believe that so many are dead. Perhaps they just got rusted out or something.

Ya, I have the '03 ES Lancer with the '03 OZ Lancer spoiler. I also found it odd that only 4 of the bulbs burned out. I was thinkin about taking the three screws that hold it on the spoiler and seeing I can pry it apart. Although, I'm thinking I might have to heat it in the oven to release the seal, like people do with the head lights.
They either got rusted out, or they got shook up too much with the sub in my trunk before I got the Dyno-matt put in... I just would of thought LED's could with stand a little shaking.
I just don't know if I can subject myself to buying an LED strip for $225 or more. I'm gonna stop the dealship after work and see if the '02 will fit.
I've tried finding after-market versions online, but failed.

Thanks for the info Z Lancer man. So I went to the Mitsu dealership and the guy said would it cost $220. He also said I'm better off just buying a new spoiler and then tried to sell me his Evo 8 spoiler with faded carbon fiber on it, saying it just needed a clear-coat.... I was like ummmmm...no.
I talked with another guy from work who has a Honda Prelude with a similar spoiler light on his car saying he got his online for $95 shipped or something. So I'm going to see what website he gives me tomorrow.
Worst comes to worst.... Should I just get a new Spoiler or replace the light for $220? Any Suggestions??????

So I'm going to look into maybe getting a spoiler light from this website recommended to me by a co-worker of mine called spoilerlights.com. Hopefully they'll have one for an '03 Lancer. Correction from my previous statement my buddy said his light for his Prelude was $50 shipped to his house.
The glass portion of the bulb is about the same as a #24. However, you won't find a direct replacement for our gauge clusters. The only place that sells replacement bulbs/LEDs for our gauge cluster is www.lightrikz.com They sell LED replacements for any light inside the car.
