EDIT 01/31/04: i guess i should update everyone on this.

after having my laptop in best buy service for almost 2 months it was eventually junked out... but not until after my hard drive crashed with most of the "best looking" pictures and my *ahem* borrowed photo editing software.

we could always start the contest over, but to be honest, the initial response doesn't warrant the effort. in total, i recieved about 12 lancer entries, and about 6 evo entries, 2 of which were stock.

if anyone would like to try and make another contest, be my guest. if i can track down a few of the pics i did recieve, i'll post em.

As of today, October 6th 2003, Evolutionm.net has 11,450 members. There are a lot of nice looking rides out there, and a lot of... well, you've seen them. Either way, there's been a lot of smack talk about who's ride is the best. Now, you have the chance to attain the title!

THE RULES!

Here's how the contest will work.

1. Send your TWO BEST pictures of your LANCER to me at purecoda@***.net ALL LANCERS are welcome. Please include your evolutionm screen name.
2. Absolutely NO US STOCK entries. Foreign spec Lancers and conversions are allowed.
3. In order to better level the field, cars with sponsorship entries will be accepted, but will be placed in a contest at a later date. Entries are still encouraged. EDIT: This rule may change.
4. Photos should be as current as possible, and AS LARGE AS POSSIBLE (1024 by 768 or larger preferred). Photos will be hosted and resized to a standard entry size in the poll, small enough not to kill 56K. Photos must be larger 640 by 480.
5. Original sized photos will be available for download at a later date.
6. Entries will be accepted for TWO WEEKS ONLY!
7. All entries must be recieved by 5:00PM EST on Monday, October 20th.
8. A poll will be created soon after the 20th, and will run for one week to determine the winner.
9. In the likely event that numerous entries are recieved, a tournament style poll will be conducted, with a championship poll to follow the following week.
10. THE PRIZE for winning this contest will be... BRAGGING RIGHTS and a CUSTOM AVATAR created to signify your newly gained status!
