i finally sold it 8/5/09 to a kid who absolutely loves the car lol. now that im 20 i feel like ive learned alot from modding the lancer and i will miss it a little bit....but everytime i step on the gas in my new GTI, i forget all about the lancer here are some pics right before i sold it.

so far i have debadged front and rear "GTI" badges and installed the yellow fog tint/yellow bulbs and alot more to come


its been fun guys. ill keep checking back from time to time, especially since i still have alot of stuff im trying to sell on here lol

but my insurance jumped from $900 a year on my lancer
to $2,500 a year for my GTI
i would never be able to afford an evo. i plan to get one once i finish college and have a real job.

congrats!! trust me, i build vw's.that car is a HUGE jump in class and performance.Dont listen to anyone.people who think vw;s have problems are retarded.That is a stereotype that has that just stuck around from the early 80's.They are built better then any japanese car.

thats a big jump in insur for the vw... for me a full insur evo8 would only increase by$40 an increase of 480 additional a year but i need to finosh my school first.... i really hate cisco meh
