Im in mos deffinately, I need a kit and I'm looking for clean yet not too agressive Japanese styling, so I would be in for sure. C-west style would be ideal, as long as it includes the little intake vent, me gusta mucho.

is there any chance of it being made with urethane? that would make it ideal. i really do like the look overall and would be down.
maybe some more agressive side skirts?

i'm not much on canards either, but i think if something that acted like canards were built onto the kit, it would be nice. let's take it back to the old school days when body kits were aero kits and actually did something for the performance of the car. besides, i'm sure most of us will end up w/ a spoiler eventually.. we need front end downforce!

once again, the kit will be made from fiberglass... that's all AIT works with. The kit should be starting to go into making after SEMA... so hold your horses guys, it's coming

alright everyone, still one last decision to make:

do we have the grill built on to the fb or the hood?

fb benefits: more evo style. a lot of people on here are dying to buy an evo but will never be able to afford one... this is as close as they'll get. could potentially look better while the hood is up (no dangling grill off the front)

hood benefits: we can continue to use any hood that we wish with the kit. i'm sure that the people who have already purchased $550 cf hoods would be pretty pissed if a nice kit couldn't fit their car. this also takes away the chance to use the $100-$300 grills that you've purchased from rrm in the past.

well, here's my vote: stick it on the hood

I second the hood choice for the same reason as kensuke. but if a hood is being made to be sold with this kit the maybe and can be made with a molded grill on it emulating the evo grill so that way people who have cf hood can keep their hoods but those who don't can get the evo grill style molded on the hood already.

i don' know if i'm making my self clear but what i mean by this is that istead of buying the evo grill with for some reason seems like it bulges out, we can have smooth clean cut evo grill on the hood already

idea of what it may look like

i did a hack photochop of the cwest kit on a regular lancer. i put more agressive side skirts on it though (ken style) but maybe this would give us an idea of how it would look. i made it white so people could do a color change on it if they wanted
