The spoiler is one option and the price you have listed is correct. Ironically, I have seen a dealership here in so cal list it at 750.00 There is also one other option available on the OZ - leather seats. I opted for the cloth as I felt the leather offered was cheap and crispy. Though it is an option available.

I think the lancer or evolution vii letters on the trunk do not look good.
It was much better with the emblems of the evo vi.
I would also remove the other small logo, and the logo, and if you want one replace it with an evo vi red one.
I think it looks better without the option wing, your right about the wing on a 120bhp car, but as it looks a little as an evo vii, if you put a wing, put the evo vii one, at least it's nice.
And your rims are nice but you need to lower the springs a little for nicer look.

AHHH< for the LOVE OF GOD, do NOT use a screw driver on your car's paint, not even close to it
use heat and pry it off wiht your hands, or even use dental floss and time
there's a company called ARDEX that makes something called paint and body prep remover or something like that, if you put this stuff on any goo like stuff it'll totally get rid of it, with almost no effort at all. Goo Gone will also work, even though I've never had good luck with it.
as always when you use a solvent to remove anything make sure you rewax the whole panel to keep your new car protected.
but don't use a screw driver, jeez
