....Shift knob that is.
looking for some fresh ideas on Shift knob options.

I have a CF Weighted RAZO knob in my car. But since "weighted CF" is counter-productive and kind of defeats the purpose, I'm thinking of changing it.

First off, LOL .

Second, No.

I will be ordering one of these very soon. I have a problem with scolding hot shift knobs in Florida. So hopefully it really does have "low heat transfer"

I was waiting for that. LOL! I knew it was a stupid question.

Stupid question #2 - why not?
I didnt notice any buttons to move the shifter down or an OD button.

I suppose if there is no "safety" button to change gears in the auto, a manual shift knob would most likely work.

I'm currently using the Blue Miatacage.com shift knob.

http://www.miatacage.com/aluminum-shifter-p-186.html

Feels very solid with the short shifter I have in the car. Had it in my race car but liked it's feel much more in the lancer.
