I think they are Tenzo-R "Passion 5's" not totally for sure but I think they are!

and me...personally, i don't see why everyone here likes the OZ Superlegars or wutever, they don't look all that good to me, even Need For Speed: Underground they looked bad on my lancer lol

 

I think you misunderstood my statement. The Blitz 03's look pretty much like those Tenzo's and with Blitz being a highly reputable and acclaimed Toyota tuner (at least Toyota focused for the most part), an enthusiast with the fundage could've scored themselves the 03's.

 

i'd still rather get 5zigen typhoons that the vendor was selling for like 575 for the set of 4 w/out tires... almost identical.. kinda.. ehh.. 5 twin spoke.. haha

Those wheels are Manaray VR5 Quest. I believe they were 18x8.5. They were available for a while, but currently no one in the US is distributing them. You'll have to get them from Japan now - special order. Pricing if I remember right was about $275 each for 18s.
