Concerns about my new RRM grill

I ordered a grill from RRM as one of my christmas presents and since today is christmas I got to open it up. well I decided to put it on my car for a few minutes to see what it looked like and to my surprise I found a couple of eyesores in the grill. Now this puzzels me because the general concensus I got from the forums was that the new version of the grill had perfect fitment. I am going to post pictures of the things I found wrong with my grill and ask everyone that has this version of the grill to let me know if you had similar problems that you just had to have a body shop fix.

This picture shows a huge bow on the drivers side of the grill

Cool you got the grill. I don't think it is suppose to look like that, but I don't have the grill. Hey and if you can get on AIM, I wanna talk to you about something.

there is definately something wrong with that grill. it should not be like that. just call them up, and i'm sure they'll take care of it. VERY good guys, and respectable company. dont worry about it, sometimes its just bad luck and a bad mold is recieved. it happens.

Thats what I figured. I'm gonna give them a call today, hopefully they're open and see what they can do about the situation. But please people, don't let this one incident deter you from buying RRM's grill's. I am very pleased with my grill despite the fact that it doesn't fit right. It feels very strong and is fairly thick, it's a very good quality piece. I am positive RRM will redeem themselves as they always do and will post pictures to prove so.

who makes the vented CF hood? The one I had didnt fit the RRM grill or the Stock grill.

It was a problem with the hood not the RRM grill as I put the RRM on my stock hood and it fit perfect where the CF grill that came off the vented hood didnt fit anything but the CF hood

i got the carbon fiber v3 grill from RRM and i thought it was one pain in the *** to install, and i brought it to a body shop and they did it for me, i would just check with road race and see what they have to say and tell them about the post so they can see the pictures, but sometimes with these grills you need to tighten up the bolts ALOT so it actually pulls the grill frame down to where its supposed to go
