pretty sure it will, I've seen them on ebay and they advertise that they fit ES, LS, OZ....

yea, dont see its purpose, i guess if you want to dress up your engine bay, but uh, eh

i dont even kow if it would fit, look how the evo curves, and the lancer is straight, actually ona double take, i dont think it would at all, look at where it goes around the hood latch

 

well with a saw of some sort, and a drill u can cut it and drill the holes for the screws
