Adhesive tape for spoiler?
you cant just put tape on it and expect it to hold. You need some kind of bolt holding each side down. Also if you know anyone putting side skirts on with just tape, i am surprised they are still on. You always need to add screws in the fender well when putting on side skirts and also under neither the car....
that thing will fly right off ... the SS are screwed from the bottom, bolted from the inside and where the mud flaps would be and held up by the adhesive tape to seal it..
u can remove the center leg of the stock OZ spoiler .. thats what i did

Wait, hold on...
I thought that the bolt pattern for the OZ spoiler and the Evo spoiler were the same, except the OZ has a center piece, therefore an extra hole.
I dont think you need to add holes, just worry about plugging one...

I shoulda figured I'd get flamed for that one. It was worth a shot though.
I do have a friend that has had his side skirts held on his civic for almost two years now using body adhesive tape and nothing else. They'll probably fall off soon though

well...for some other than dumping you for the tape thing why not try Liquid Nail...once dry it will hold as long as your paint does.(serriously...don't try this)
if you are really going to put a 7 wing on and not want to drill extra holes(assuneing you have a OZ with stock spoiler holes)
why not at least use the 2 stock holes on either side to bolt the new wing on then use tape or what ever you want to attatch where the center/new holes would go.
i still say just drill the holes to do the job right and correctly...all i need is to be driving behind someone and have their wing fly off and mess up my car
