Got new wheels today. Need some help...

Ok, first of all I know these are probably going to seem like stupid questions but my new wheels came today mounted and balanced. They came with hub centering rings and it says to only use them if my car requires them. Am I supposed to use them on the Lancer? Also it says to make sure you torque them to the proper requirements. I thought I just put them on the car and tighten the lugs as tight as I can. One more stupid question, what is the inflation pressure recommended for the lancer. I'd check the manual but I can't find it. The rims are Konig Specs with 205/40/ZR17's

Thanks

tighten those bolts as much as you can..and inflate the tire enough to prevent the wheel touch the ground..then when mounted..put some more pressure till you see its round and nice..dont tell me US goverment forces you to have the same pressure level as said in the manual.....

The recommended psi should be on the sidewall of the tire.

What about the hub centering rings? Do I use them or no?

I don't have a torque wrench. That mean I gotta pay someone to put em on?
