i painted my armrest...kontra put a cf cover over his...just so you know what im talking about.

i sanded, put 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of paint, and like 5 coats of clear coat...

would this hold up...i rest my arm on it...and keep my hand on the shifter...some people said it would crack...

if it does crack, and i repaint it....if i put it in my oven at like 100-120 degrees...would it work better? my bro said it really makes the paint stick and makes it really shiny...would it also prevent it from cracking??
