Replacing Mesh in lower lip

I have searched for this topic but it will not turn up anywhere. they only have stuff for the main grill.....what about the lower lip mesh that is there....would i have to removed the whole bumper just to replace that stuff? or whats the best way to do it and how?....i guess i can just get some good metal mesh from Lowes instead of getting my @$$ ripped off on ebay....please help i would be very thankful =)

removing the bumper would be the easist way, since youll have to unscrew stuff.

yea ill tell u right now DO NOT BUY IT FROM LOWES, check mine out on my profile and see how ****ty it is, buy the auto mesh. the easiest way will be taking off the bumper, there should be screws or something for the stock mesh, if not just use epoxy u can get that at lowes or auto zone

Mine started to look faded so I wanted to repaint them black, and I didn't need to take off the bumper, you just crawl underneath and remove the plastic black panels and reach underneath and you can get to the back sides of the mesh grills, but hey if you want to remove your bumper, it's not that bad.
