does anyone know whats going on with the evo vii ver.2 kit import trenz was supposed to come out with?. what were the real differences from the evo vii kit they have know? and when's it coming out?

 

last I read it was due in a few weeks. i believe their first version requires removal of the re-inforcement bars, which the 2nd version does not. that to my knowledge, is the big change. I'm not sure if v2 will include SS and RB or not .. ??

 

probably by summer, i mean they just came out with the CWest kit.. so yeah.. however i like the EVO conversions a little more since they connect the grill to the FB.. i think they should make that standard on all Lancer kits and just sell hoods with the package.. looks WAY nicer

You guys should go with Accolade, especially since they got their new evo 7 kit coming out soon.

Well there are two kits, the conversion kits from like rush kits or import trenz made of cheap fiberglass, or the accolade kits which are full body made of PRFP. Accolade is now coming out with a newer version of the evo 7 kit. Go to their website.

i really like the accolade kit but i really want the option of a carbon fiber hood cuz i happened to come across a really good deal on a carbon fiber trunk and i already got it.. now i need a cf hood to match but i also want the evo vii kit.. see my dilemna?

 

Lancer Tuner - I read on here a while ago about a rumor of Accolade coming out with carbon fiber hoods, so I emailed them. Looks like the carbon hoods will be out this summer, and will be an add-on option to all kits. Im in the same boat as you - i was rearended and bought a CF trunk to replace the dented stock one, but I dont have a CF hood. I already have the Evo VII kit from accolade, so they told me that once the hood is out then will let me know and get me a deal on it since I already bought the kit from them!
