I was just wondering does the JDM ralliart grill require any kinda work to get it to fit or is it a complete direct replacement?

im selling a used pearl white ralliart grill for 165 shipped or 150 pickup in socal. it has a hairline crack on the left from shipping when i got it. the crack is hardly noticeable but it bugs the hell out of me knowing that its there. im getting a new replacement next week which costed me 200 so here is a chance for someone to save some money. you can see pics of it in my registry.
